Is their some kind of ad-blocking wigiet for Opera that lets you block ads simaler to ad-block+ for Firefox? How can I block adverts in Opera?

Opera has it's own built in pop-up blocker. Click tools %26gt; quick preferences %26gt; block all pop-ups.
There are other third party blockers. Some are free, others are shareware or full price. This is just one website that tries to collect them all in one place:
