Lg rumor and opera mini?

can the lg rumor run the full opera mini 4 browser or does it have to have a lower memory version or does it totally have to switch back to opera mini 3 im thinking of either getting this or staying with the fusic i really want a non smart phone that has a key board though please help thanks
