my opera browser became too slow/hangs-upwhen i add the mail plug-in last night., that's why i want to take it out/erase i just dont know how., can somebody help me?

Opera doesnt really have a mail "plug-in" (assuming you are running a recent version of opera), it comes with mail support by default.
However, if you would like to delete the mail account settings and prevent opera from trying to retrieve mail, do this in opera:
Click on Tools-%26gt;
Click on "Mail and Chat Accounts"-%26gt;
Click on the account(s) that you would like to delete and hit the "Delete Button"
