What is wrong with opera. Y'know how at the top of the webbrowser it has the file, edit, view, history things right. opera is missing that! how do i fix this. i uninstalled opera because this happened but when i reinstalled it it came back up like that. how do i fix this?

I'm not sure what you mean to say, do you mean to say opera is missing the menu bar, or do you mean to say it is missing some menus on the menu bar?
I think its the latter. However it is possible to toggle the menu bar on/off in opera by assigning a keyboard shortcut to it.
As for the menus missing in the menu bar, this is perhaps because they are missing in the file standard_menu.ini which resides in the defaults subdirectory of the installation directory of opera and in the menu subdirectory of the profile folder of opera when 'modified' . In this file under the 'browser menu bar' section are the menus listed...so i think your menu.ini file is missing those entries...so you'll have to check. I'm not sure whether adding those entries will make this alright, so i suggest you uninstall and reinstall opera but while uninstalling it, remove it entirely , including opera's profile folder(the path to the profile folder can be found by clicking on help -%26gt; about opera. Here under paths, the opera directory is the profile folder). So that way the settings won't be preserved and you can install it fresh again!

Whats wrong with Opera? Its Opera... enough said...
most likely the makers of Opera decided to hide those menus... most likely to access them all you have to do is push the Alt key on your keyboard
nothing is wrong, its just most people dont have the taste for opera. Everyone likes their own type of music.
