The TWoP forums usually post them pretty quickly after they come out on other sites. It's kind of a one-stop-shop, so you don't have to dig around twelve different sites to figure out what's going to happen.
I love soaps.com. They post spoilers for the week and have pretty detailed daily updates.
The best site for soaps spoilers I have found is SpoilersNews.com - at http://www.spoilersnews.com/

That's a pretty big site with spoilers for each soap opera and a lot of other TV shows, so you can surf around it and pick and choose what you want to see. For the soaps you like I found the direct pages at:

You can find spoilers on all the soaps at soaps.com. Also try About.com: All My Children Fans - they have daily recaps, spoilers, quizzes, all kind of stuff.

I have been going to that first one for a couple of years now. The second one is rather new, but both are great for spoilers from the soaps, and they post the ratings for each show every Thursday.
