I'm trying to find the title of the opera which was filmed in Paris in real time in the actual outside locations in Paris. And also if its available to buy on DVD.

I don't know about Paris, but several years ago there was a production of Tosca starring Placido Domingo that was filmed in the true locations in Rome and shown live on TV in real time, which meant that three acts were shown at different times of day.
I have seen it on DVD but can't seem to track it down at the moment!
