Writing a "teenage" soap opera?

I want to write a soap opera that appeals to teenagers.

It would be about highschool, Boyfriends and Girlfriends, and the stuff teens go through; like divorce and cheating.

How should I start writing? Where does a soap opera start?

How to I get other people to read my soap? Is there a website for soap writers?

i would say to start off kinda in the middle of some ones life and through out the season reveal what has happen be fore i love those kind of shows were it starts put in the middle of some time in someones life !!!! i would sooo watch it message me when it hit tv !! i will def. watch it !!!

Good luck in writing it. I would say start with some major big storyline that will grip the viewers in. Just look at Lost and the way that it grabbed the viewers in by an action packed pilot. Obviously not quite so big but something that will appeal to the audience. Why not post it on Facebook as a group to get people to notice it.
