It's been overused to death but if you can break away from commercialism, the Flower Duet in Delibes' "Lackme". It remains hauntingly beautiful, despite all the commercials it's been used for.
I'll go ahead and name an entire Opera- Turandot! It's my favorite opera, and when it hits the climactic love scene, the music is gorgeous. Go out and see it, or at least get the soundtrack from itunes.
